After 30 years for working for one company I decided to retire. I worked from the year 1970 through the year 2000. During this time, I came up through the ranks learning different crafts as in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Scaffolding, Coatings, Insulation, Abrasive Blasting and Design. I realized I did not just learn crafts, I learned about leadership, responsibility, accountability, safety, quality and providing great customer service.

After hanging my hat in early 2000, I was asked if I could continue to support projects and bids. Throughout the years of working, I was able to accomplish not just projects but making great relationships with my customers. I surrounded myself with my wife and kids’ knowledge with business, legal, communication and construction management degrees they held. I had everything I needed to start my own company and made the decision to continue to provide great service to my customers.

20 years later, we have built monumental buildings, facility upgrades, and relationships with GRIT. We will continue to BUILD and set the benchmark of our work in the Industrial and Commercial sectors.
