Project Overview

Project: Natural Gas Pump Protection Facility

Building Size: 8,000 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)

Valtex Construction Services successfully completed the erection of an 8,000 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) supplied by Blast Resource Group under challenging site conditions. The project presented harsh ground conditions that required careful planning, equipment coordination, and strict adherence to safety protocols. To overcome these conditions, Valtex implemented its specialized erection methodology by lifting and setting entire structural bays using crane-assisted assembly. This method minimized ground disturbance, reduced erection time, and improved overall jobsite safety and efficiency.

In addition to the structural erection, Valtex utilized its IMP Clad Boy system for the installation of insulated metal panels (IMP). The installation was performed by personnel who completed specialized certification training for IMP panel handling and installation, ensuring proper panel alignment, secure fastening, and high-quality finishes. Through disciplined execution, advanced erection techniques, and a strong safety culture, Valtex completed the project in 3 weeks ahead of schedule with zero safety incidents. Our bay-lifting erection method and specialized IMP installation capabilities continue to set an industry standard for improved safety, quality, and accelerated project delivery.
